Dell Webb builds and manages age-restricted communities for active people between 55 and 65. This advertisement was developed for their Sun City, Texas location. The advertisement was made to run in nationwide print and online magazines as well as formatted for e-mail letters and mailers. The Texas’ lifestyle and warm weather are well known, which made a photo of the lone star flag as a symbol for a comfortable place to live. Sun City Texas has since been very successful. They aim for approximately 7,500 homes, which equals a total of approximately 14,000 residents.
